Summer holidays in the Dolomites

San Vigilio di Marebbe is a mountain village in a side valley of Val Badia, in the Dolomites of South Tyrol. It is situated at 1200 meters above sea level, the village is surrounded by the Dolomites and an unspoilt nature.

The village offers a very wide range of walks, tours and excursions, which brings fans closer proximity to the country from the peaks of the Dolomites with the best views. All around the village streets are flat or forest walkways leading characteristic, all equipped with easy to follow directions and also with children and prams.

Near the village is the Natural Park "Fanes-Sennes-Braies", a place characterized by alpine lakes, trails, green pastures, jagged peaks and ideal environment that has a huge wealth of flora and fauna. This park is ideal for excursions of various kinds with breathtaking views.

St. Vigil is also a paradise for mountain bikers, offering hundreds of miles of trails of varying difficulty.
Also, just outside the village is the recreational area "Ciamaor", a small beach with pitch along the river Rautal.
